A truly delightful stone farmhouse carefully restored and equipped to a high standard,Three large reception rooms,two bath/showerooms and four light and airey double bedrooms make this a perfect holiday rental home for 8/9 people. French dooors lead from the dining room to a wisteria shaded private terrace with barbeque and alfresco dining area. The gite is heated with two woodburners, radiators and underfloor heating for your comfort at any time of year.In the large and mature garden is a superb heated saltwater pool with paved sunbathing area and large covered pergola. There are swings and a slide and an outdoor table tennis table.We also have a self-contained one bedroom gite that can be rented independantly or in conjunction with La Vieille Grange if you party is up to 11 or you just want exclusive use of the pool and garden.A welcome basket of locally sourced essentials is provided on arrival.We are discreetly on hand to offer any help we can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday.

Location description
Les Vieilles Granges is located 7Kms from the 13th century bastide town of Eymet and its numerous fetes and markets. Within easy reach of Boulangeries selling fresh croissants and shops supplying all the essentials.Just 16Kms away, stradling the majestic Dordogne river, is the historic town of Bergerac with its unspoilt old quarter and numerous bars and restaurants.Bergerac airport is a hassle free, 25 minute drive away, with numerous and regular flights arriving from many UK airports.

Terms and conditions
Lettings are normally from Saturday 4pm - Saturday 10.00am.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit and a signed booking form.The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the rental starts and a cheque for a damage deposit of £250 should be sent at this time.(Chque to be cashed only in the event of damage occuring).Payment can be made in Euros if more convenient.
Smoking is I'm afraid only allowed outside the gite.
