Summary
Lovingly restored farmhouse with delightful large swimming pool surrounded by sun terrace and garden. It is set on 1.5ha of grounds on a south facing hillside. The house enjoys charming views and is a fantastic base for a relaxing break in the rural french countryside.
Property description
The farmhouse is divided into two separate buildings:
The house : 50m2 area, with open kitchen and living room with large fireplace. Secondly, the former stables, 70m2 area with 2 bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with toilet, shower washing machine and dryer
The guesthouse :overlooking the pool and boasts its own terrace, entrance and bathroom. Two single beds downstairs, on the open, fenced floor two single beds, Very suitable for not too young children.
A semi-enclosed courtyard, with a large outside dining table, separates the two buildings.
The private, enclosed, pool is 11 x 5m and 2m at its deepest point. It is a Bio-pool, so no strong chlorine. The pool is surrounded by garden and the sun terrace, totally fenced with a lockable gate.
The private parking offers room for 4 cars

Location description
The Perigord Noir, famous for its richness of cultural and historical olaces, its numerous caves with traces of prehistorical life, its many medieval castles and villages is worthwile exploring. The settings in its varios landscape is often breathtaking. The region is also famous for its "cuisine gourmande"
For the active holidaymakers, the rivers Dordogne and Vezere are ideal for all kinds of watersports.
Visit the capital Perigueux for famous architecture, great shopping, fine restaurants and many terraces.
Les Granges Blanches, situated in the hart of the Perigord Noir, near the little village Mauzens-Miremont, nearby Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Le Bugue is a perfect base for exploring this magnifent and exciting region.

Terms and conditions
Your booking is reserved after receiving 25% of the total rental sum. The remaining sum is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Deposit is not necessary
Bed-, bath- and kitchenlinen can be provided at € 15 per person. Please make arrangements at your booking
Endcleaning € 50
For practical reasons gasbottles are not provided. Costs are € 28 per bottle, to buy at every supermarket. One bottles containes enough for 3 weeks at normal use
Please do not enter the house on your arrival day before 16.00 p.m because of the endcleaning. Departure should be before 10.00 a.m
