A lovely four bedroom property in a quiet rural setting refurnished for 2011. Set amongst beautiful countryside with lots of wildlife on the doorstep. Only 4km to Villereal with its bustling saturday market and variety of shops.
Property description
La Palombe is a beautiful four bedroom property with two bathrooms andd all modern comforts. There is a 11 x 5m walled swimming pool which is shared by our other guests. A large garden and childrens play area. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with seating for 12. Television with english channels and built in dvd player. An ipod / mp3 player is also available along with wifi. Double doors open out onto a terrace with antique beer festival bench. Two double bedrooms are sited on the ground floor, one with double bed and the other with three singles. There is a bathroom with bath, wc and wash hand basin.
On the first floor is a large double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. There is a further bedroom with a single bed.

Location description
La Palombe is located 4 kilometers from our nearest town of Villereal where you will find everything for your holiday along with restaurants and bars.
The larger towns of Bergerac and Villeneuve are approximately 30 mins drive. A great location for visiting the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne
There is an abundance of wildlife around Courtalou including resident bats, hedgehogs, toads, singing tree frogs and unusual birds. There are wandering hares and deers so if you like wildlife its the ideal place to visit.
