Located at 6km of Sarlat in the heart of Black Périgord in Dordogne. Great comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves, dryer, TV, DVD, hifi, fire place. A refined and modern combination will allow you to enjoy both comfort and authenticity of the place.
Outside private closed garden, barbecue, garden tables, and gantry for children, swimming pool of 4,20 m of diameter out of 1,20 m of depth. Walking distance from the River Dordogne (800 m). Close base canoe, golf, horseriding, fishing, extended walking path in the woods around, fishing. Shops at 5km. Very quiet and peaceful.
Possibility of renting a treehouse in supplement of the lodging. Ideal for 2 adult people, it enables you to live an experiment of Robinson.
It is located in the middle of our wood, on a platform of 20 m2 to 5m top, with a perfectly insulated room whose transparent roof enables you to enjoy skylight and stars… in a comfortable bed!
Possibility of an additional Troglodyte bedroom of 30 m2 with bathroom, TV, fridge, kettle and microwave.

Welcome to La Maison Bleue, at only 8km from the heart of Sarlat, medieval jewel of the Perigord noir. Chris and Marianne have fully renovated this old mansion to give it something of paradise: yellow ochre stones, amazing panorama, quietness, modernity and refined decoration, etc. You'll appreciate the genuine architectural elements that were kept to preserve the authenticity of the place. The house lies amidst trees and flowers, and a private pool leading you to relax and sunbathe. Close to Dordogne river, 10 mn ride from Sarlat, Domme and la Roque Gageac. Open all year long.
Price Details
From 650 up to 1000 euros according to the period of the year and the number of rooms rented.
Terms and conditions
Following our telephone conversation we will confrim your reservation for the gîte situated at Vitrac for the dates detailed in the rental contract. We thank you for returning a signed and dated copy with your deposit of 300 euros (a refundable security deposit of 350 euros will be required on your arrival).
You will also find attached, for your information, an inventory that we will check and sign on both your arrival and departure.
We will also enclose some information regarding the obligatory « taxe de séjour » you will have to pay for your stay and that we have to refund to the local council
