Property description
Historic village house Maison de Mirabelle sleeps up to six persons in comfort having three bedrooms , two doubles and one twin . Set over two floors and having two staircases the principle living being on the first floor. This consists of a large sitting room with majestic fireplace,three large comfy sofas television with a home theatre unit dvd player and free to air viewing. Dining area. Fully fitted kitchen cooker fridge microwave dishwasher and all the tableware and utensils you will need and also a nice sitting area. On this floor a double bedroom with en suite vanity unit. Separate toilet. Ground floor two further bedrooms one twin and one double. Bathroom with overbath shower and another separate toilet.
Outside a large garden with parking, plenty of room to relax enjoy a barbeque if you wish. Table & chairs sunloungers parasols for your enjoyment. Separate entrance with access across to the local swimming and leisure lake (swimming July & August). In the summer snacks and drinks can be had ( July & August).
Because of the stairs the property is not suitable for those with limited mobility or young children. House is also non smoking

Location description
Set in the Perigord Vert Nantheuil village is approx 2 miles from Thiviers the capital of the fois gras region. Thiviers is approx 5 mins by car or 15-20mins scenic walk. In Thiviers there are several supermarkets shops bars restaurants banks chemists and on Saturday a local produce market. The area offers many attractions Swimming lake,Velo rail,bike hire,canoeing,tennis,lido,Chateax,pretty villages,medieval towns and much much more.
Limoges airport approx 1 hour- Bergerac airport 1.30hr Thiviers train station 5 mins.
