Elizabeth and Malcolm Yeomans welcome you to our 250 year old traditional stone Peregordian house that has been carefully modernised to retain all the wonderful character whilst providing all the facilities for modern living.
Set within nearly 4 acres of gardens, grounds and woodland, in the heart of the Dordogne, it has 3 oak beamed double bedrooms and a sofa bed sleeping up to 7 people.
Brand new modern kitchen provides a gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and everything else you might need, there is a washing machine within the gite and use of a dryer if needed.
Washing products are provided (inclusive).
All bedding, towels, etc are supplied (inclusive)
The lounge / dining room has a lovely wood burning stove set into an ingle nook fireplace. All wood provided for free if you fancy sitting in front of a roaring fire, (wonderful for an Autumn break)
Outside enjoy the sunshine on your own patio, or sip a drink by our heated chlorine free pool, warm and lovely to swim in from the beginning of April till the end of September. ( for sole use of guests and owners only)
Watch for red squirrels in the trees and you may be lucky enough to see the deer grazing on the lawn.

4 course evening meal with aperitifs and wine can be provided @ 35 euros per person by arrangement,
2 course meal again including aperitifs and wine can also be provided @ 25 euros per person

Location description
Les Petite Bressettes
Situated in the heart of the Dordogne, 10 km north of Le Bugue and 20 Km south of Perigueux within easy reach of the vineyards of the Bordeaux region to the west, the prehistoric Lascaux caves and the grottos around Les Eyzies and Sarlat to the east.
Set within superb scenery the gite is ideally situated to explore the whole of the Dordogne,
Have a day at the beach by driving out to the Arcachon Basin, where the warm water of the lagoon laps the soft sand. and you can see the biggest sand dune in the world. Canoe, fish or simply enjoy the waters of the wonderful Vezere and Dordogne rivers which wind their way through this picturesque region.
Visit the historic Bastide towns fortified in the Hundred Years War with their narrow streets and alleyways nestling within protective stone walls.
Airports: Flights arrive regularly from the UK to Bergerac and Brive airports (about 1 hour away) and to Bordeaux and Limoges airports (about 2 hours away).
A list of car hire firms can be sent on request, or if you don't want to drive pick up from either airport and escorted trips to places of interest can be provided by arrangement
Price Details
Low season € 500 per week
Part weeks are available in low season, they are charged at 100 euros per night
Medium season (June & September 2012) 600 euros per week
High season ( July & August 2012) 800 euros per week
Terms and conditions
20% deposit on booking - can be paid in euros or sterling by bank transfer or in sterling by PayPal - balance on arrival.
Presently we DO NOT charge a security deposit as we have not found this to be neccessary as our guests have always reported any damage or breakages to us.
