This beautiful farm from 1600 has been transformed into a perfect modern holidayhouse with characteristics of the old building. It is situated at a private property of 2 ha in the middle of the countryside with garden furniture, deckchairs, BBQ, jeu the boules, table tennis in the front building and has a splendid view.
Surroundings
Verteillac is a livelyvillage at 2 km for your daily shopping with nice restaurants, terraces, nice shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, baker, large open air swimming pool, tennis and galeries. Riberac, main town is at 8 km with its famous Fridaymorning market and big shops like Lidl and Leclerc. It is a splendid region for daytrips to nice villages as Brantome, Sarlat, Perigueux or Riberac. For the the ocean lovers: visit Arcachon or Lacanau with its white beaches and the ocean. The dunes of
