Les Buddleais is a renovated 18th century farmhouse, now available as a holiday rental property.
There are two sitting rooms - one has air-conditioning and a wide selection of entertainments (satellite TV, books, DVDs etc), while the other provides a quiet retreat!
The kitchen is very well equipped (also air-conditioned) and includes all the appliances - from dishwasher to toaster - that you might need. The large farmhouse table comfortably seats eight people.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished - one with king-sized bed, on double and one twin room. Cots are also available.
Outside you will find a tranquil garden with ample garden furniture, and your swimming pool (8m * 4m), along with a solar powered shower. There is also a gas barbecue for your use.

Location description
Situated between Bergerac and the stunning UNESCO listed town of Saint-Emilion (best known for its fine wines), the property is also well placed to explore the market towns of Montpon, Castillon-la-Bataille and Sainte Foy-la-Grand.
The local leisure lake at Lac de Gurson offers beaches, cafes and other activities.
The Atlantic coast, and Europes largest sand dune (Dune de Pilat) are 90 minutes to the west.

We require a 25%deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival together with a separate £200 security deposit.
We accept payment by a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank, or a Euro cheque drawn on a French bank. Alternatively, a bank electronic transfer is fine.
