LÁtelier is a two bedroom property sleeping five (double and 3 singles). The kitchen offers gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and fridge. There is a lovely private patio and shared pool with new liner (2011) and alarm along with a childrens play area. The property has television with english tv and built-in dvd player, there is a cd player and wireless network.
If you love wildlife then look out for our resident tree frogs, unusual birds, bats, hedehogs, deer, hares and toads.

Location description
LÁtelier is located approximately 4 kilometeres from villereal where you will find all your requirements for your stay, along with restaurants and bars.
The larger towns of Bergerac and Villeneuve Sur Lot are approximately 30 minutes drive making it an ideal locations for visitng the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.
A rural and peaceful setting set amongst fields and country walks.
