Near the city of Agen, Nérac and Condom in the Gers, in the South West of France. Located halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse, Mézin is a little medieval town tucked in between rolling hills, sunflower fields and vineyards. Its location in the heart of Gascogne at the edge of the Landes forest offers many possibilities during your stay, from visiting local produce markets in the neighbouring towns of Nerac or Lavardac, visits to the many old castles and bastides, as well as local vineyards of Cote De Gascogne and Armagnac.

This traditional nineteenth century stone master house offers 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen even some products like milk, butter and spices. Cleaning products. Dishwasser,gas cooker with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer box, washer and dryer. Bathroom with bath and shower, sink, wc. Terrace and a large landscaped garden where you can rest under the shade of the old lime-tree. Garden table and chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds. This is the ideal home for a restful or active holiday in the lovely and hearty french country side of the South West, famous for its wines, local food and lifestyle. The public swimming pool and the tennis courts are at 150m from the house. The shops, the sundaymarket and bistros at 150m from the house.

Canoeing at 1km on the river la Gélise. Acrobranches at 12km, Golf 18 holes and a horse riding at 15km.
