This spacious detached villa is south-facing with stunning views across the valley and countryside beyond. All on one level there is a spacious open-plan living/dining room with large, superbly fiitted kitchen. One double and one twin-bedded room. A lovely, large shower room and useful storeroom complete the property.
Guests have exclusive use of the pool. The terraced area surrounding it is a real sun-trap, whilst meals outdoors can be taken in the shade of the large veranda.
There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area for those who wish to explore, alternatively just sip an aperitif by the pool and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this delightful rural location!

Location description
We are situated within 4 kms of the small town of Ste. Livrade with its typical French market on Fridays. Just a short drive will take you to Villeneuve-sur-Lot, a medieval bastide town with lovely central square where you can sit and relax outside one of the many restaurants and cafes.
This part of the Lot et Garonne is famous for many culinary delights - des Prunes d'Agen, Foie Gras, Truffles and Armagnac as well as the many other famous dishes France has to offer. The quaint hill-top village of Pujols is close-by - a must to visit. It has a Michelin star restaurant for the real gourmets.
Just about an hour's drive and you will find the vineyards of Bordeaux and the picturesque and world famous town of St. Emilion, where you ca stock up on some of the best wines around. An hour and a half's drive will take you to the lovely bay of Arcachon and the nearby Dune de Pilas - the highest sand dune in Europe - well worth seeing and climbing to capture the wonderful views from the top.
