On an idyllic spot in the green hills of the PERIGORD is Les Gites Fleuris. Far from the hectic world, reminiscent of country life of the 18th century, with only the sounds of nature, with a stunning panoramic view over hills, fields, forests and small villages. You can enjoy lazing around on the sunny terrace, in the Pool or Jacuzzi. Let the peace and tranquility of the surroundings envelope you, and release you from the concerns of your busy life.
All life’s necessities are an easy 1km walk down a country lane, so even though you feel “away from it all”, you are not! At 2km is the Magnificent Chateau de Hautefort and the medieval village!
La Petite Rose is a traditional 250yr old stone farm cottage. 1 bedroom with large sunny windows overlooking the gardens. The salon has a sofa sleeper for 2. You have an outdoor dining terrace with barbeque, a wonderful place to relax over a home cooked meal!

Location description
A wonderful Place to relax after site seeing! And HAUTEFORT is perfectly located to explore the Dordogne Region! The most amazing sites are within a 1hour radius! Dordogne has something for everyone! 1001 Castles, CroMagnon Caves, Medieval Villages, Open air Markets, Roman ruins, etc.... This area has so much history that it is sure to capture the imaginations and interests of everyone in the family!
ahhh the Food! Parisians say “you’ll eat well in the Perigord”! This little corner of Southwest France is home to the black truffle, one of the most famous and expensive luxury foods of France. (Truffle Markets are open in Winter!) It is also the land of foie gras-- that typical French delicacy made from fattened goose or duck liver, along with other Canard specialty dishes. Our guests have often said that the best meal they ate in the Perigord was here, in Hautefort!
The wine regions of Bergerac and Bordeaux are only 1-1.5 hr away!
