Property description
Enjoy a peaceful stroll around the landscaped garden or on the surrounding country roads to the river Dronne and the delightful sunsets we get here. The property set in 2 acres of land, looks onto rolling grassed fields and tree's hence the name Chez Vista. Dating back to the 17th century when it once produced its very own wine, there character still remains with open beams and stoned walls throughout.

Location description
We are only 15 minute drive from Riberac where there is an international market every Friday morning and only 10 minutes from Chalais where there is again another market on a Monday morning. Chalais has a link to the TGV railway and a laundrette. Aubeterre however is just down the road where their market is a Sunday morning and have lots of tourist attractions - it was the most beautiful village in France in 1993 and is still in the top 100 today.
