The charming and well-equipped 300 year-old gite at Chateau Haut Garrigue is surrounded by organic vineyards. It has magnificent views across the Dordogne valley and is a ten-minute walk to the charming village of Saussignac. Saussignac has a boulangerie depot where you can find croissants and baguettes each morning and a delightful restaurant, the Lion D'Or. Bikes are available to energetic guests.

Location description
10 minutes walk to Saussignac, 5 minutes drive to Gardonne or a 15 minutes drive to Ste Foy or Bergerac. The Dordogne river is just 5 minutes away. We are located on a GR of France so wonderful walks can be taken directly from the property. Experience peace and calm just a few minutes walk from a village with a restaurant.

Baby sitting available on request (€10 per hour).
Languages Spoken: English, French, some Dutch, and basic German.
Cleaning at the end of your stay (€30 for 2 hours) arranged on request. Please no smoking in the Grape Escape. We request a €100 booking deposit per week. Deposits can be paid by euro cheque or by credit card.
