This beautiful 19th century Maison Bourgeoise is located in the beautiful city of Bergerac. It is surrounded by 3400m2 of private park and gardens. The house has been fully renovated, adding all the modern amenities. Crossing over the Dordogne river, the center of Bergerac is just a five minute walk. This house is situated in a great area of the Perigord region.
There are five bedrooms available. One bedroom on the ground floor, sleeps 1-2 persons. Four bedrooms on the first floor, sleeps 1-2 persons. There are three toilets, three showers, and one bathtub. There is also a cozy living room and a dining room for guest. Wi-fi throughout. A wonderful breakfast is included, with all fresh products from the local markets. Towels and Linen are included.

Location description
The Perigord region consist of Perigord Vert, Perigord Blanc, Perigord Pourpre, and Perigord Noir. Bergerac is in the middle of Perigord Pourpre. There are unlimited activities and sights to see, in and around Bergerac.
This property is situated in a prime location. Driving a short distance in any direction, you will arrive in any number of villages, exploring all there is to offer. The area is rich in culture and traditions. There are endless festivals throughout the summer months. Chateau Tiregand and Chateau Monbazillac are just minutes away. The best wines are produced in the area, not to mention the countless restaurants which offer Perigourdine ‘South West French' cuisine. Foie Gras, truffes, and confit de canard are just a few specialties of the area.
