Property description
The property is situated in a former farm,surrounded by orchard (plumtrees) and fields.Monsempron-Libos village is about 5 minutes drive and provides all amenities:baker's,butcher's,grocer's,doctor, pharmacie,railstation,restaurants,and the more famous market of the area(every thursday).
When you enter the house,there is a spacious dining area equipped for 12 persons and an open kitchen with complete household appliance(oven,microwave,5 burner gas range,refrigerator,freezer,dish washer,cofee maker,kettle,toaster.On the ground floor there are also a sitting area with a pool table,a large screen tv and a dvd player;two large double bedrooms(one with an extra single bed);a bathroom with tub and separate shower;a toilet and a loundry area with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.Baby cot and high chair are available.
On the first floor,there is a spacious sitting room; 3 bedrooms:a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with 3 single bed;a bathroom and a toilet.
The fenced swimming pool(7,50 m x 4 m,depth of 1,50 m) is to the rear of the house,in a very nice garden opened on the fieds.In a sheld you have a tennis table and a foot table.
You appreciate relax on the shade of the trees or on the terrace,garden furnitures are provided:chairs and tables for 12,deskchairs,parasol,charcoal barbecue.

La Petite Fontaine is situated in the 'Bastide area' and you can visit, on 30 minutes drive, a lot of médiéval villages(Penne d'Agenais,Pujols,Monpazier,Puy l'Eveque...)and castels:Bonnaguil,Biron...
Many attractions are under two hours drive:Rocamadour,Padirac,Sarlat,Lascaux...
Lot river is about 5 minutes drive and provides many activities:canoeing,fishing,boating...
We are close to Lot department and you can visit the Cahors vineyard.Bergerac,Bordeaux vineyards are 1 houre drive from the house.
La Petite Fontaine is in Lot et Garonne department,between Dordogne and Lot departments,at 15 km from Villeneuve sur Lot and 50 km from Cahors.Bergerac airport,serviced by directs flights from many UK airports is about 50 km drive.
