Our Dordogne Bed and Breakfast with pool is situated in picturesque countryside and perfectly placed for visiting medieval Sarlat with its excellent market, the captivating bastide town of Domme, the impressive Dordogne valley villages and major tourist sites.
Accommodation consists of two comfortably furnished ground floor bedrooms each with external private entrance. Both bedrooms are separate from the owners accommodation. One bedroom with double bed, which has double doors leading directly onto the pool-side sun terrace, the room has it's own private large bathroom, which has bath with shower attachment, separate shower, hand basin and toilet. One bedroom with two single beds with garden and countryside aspect, the room has a large en-suite shower room with hand basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor seating area.
Continental breakfast is served outside on the sun-terrace overlooking the garden or in the dining room. For guests use there is a fridge to store food and drinks, we also provide plastic plates, glasses and cutlery to enable guests to prepare and have light meals on the sun terrace. Also for guests use there is a drying area for pool towels and swimwear.

Within a short driving distance from Les Quatre Pins are the Dordogne valley village of La Roque-Gageac, with its honey-coloured houses huddled against the cliff and its pretty river frontage, the village is one of the most striking villages along the Dordogne. Further along the valley, visit the castle of Castelnaud, which houses the medieval war museum.
Also along the valley, Beynac, which is built in stages above the water’s edge, cliff topped by an impressive Fort. From both Beynac and La Roque Gageac it is possible to take a trip on the river aboard a gabare and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Nearby Domme is a captivating bastide town, standing on a towering hill overlooking the peaceful meandering river Dordogne. In the centre of the main square is the entrance to the Domme caves, which are the largest caves in the Perigord Noir. Visit the spectacular medieval village of Rocamadour, dramatically sited on a steep rock face in the gorge of the Alzou, experience the magic of the village and its breathtaking position. Rocamadour is best known as a medieval pilgrimage destination.
Alternatively you can travel through stunning countryside and visit some of the most important prehistoric sites in France, the famous cave paintings of Lascaux or visit the prehistoric musuem at Les Eyzies and the spectacular caves in the surrounding area, Font-de-Gaume, Les Combarelles and the Grand Roc
Les Quatre Pins is situated within walking distance of Grolejac, the village offers a tennis court, lake with fishing, nature trail, beach and cafe. Two canoe stations where you can hire canoes and take a trip on the river Dordogne, walking on marked-out footpaths or on the cycle path to Sarlat or Souillac, cycle hire is available, horse riding and a nine hole golf course are nearby.
Grolejac has two restaurants and an Auberge in which to enjoy delicious food and wines of the region, there is also a Bar/Restaurant/Pizzeria. Many more Restaurants are within a short car journey.
