1) Your property must be in one of these two departments: Dordogne or Lot-et-Garonne

2)  We don't permit direct links to your own or any other website from your advert. If you add these in your text your advert will NOT be approved and if links are later added to the advert the listing will be removed.

3) Very short adverts (ie less than 150 words about the property or less than 150 words about the location) will not be approved because these rarely produce results or provide a good experience for visitors to the site.

4) You can add more than one property, for example if you have a gite complex or own several different properties. Each property has a 'stand-alone' advert but mention should be made of the fact there are other properties on the site!
