Property description
Enjoy your French experience and receive a warm welcome from Chris and Frances Anthony. Frances is an experienced chef and won many accolades in England. Luxurious Bed and Breakfast, the focus of the rooms is for comfort and style. Each room has been individually designed using antique and reproduction antique furniture. One en-suite bedroom situated on the ground floor having its own entrance with views to the orchard. The second bedroom is on the first floor with separate bathroom for own use. Both rooms have king sized beds, flat screen television with DVD and CD player, radio/alarm, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi-Internet access is available. All guests have the use of the swimming pool, sun beds, pool house complete with books and games or just stroll around the orchard. The house has a non smoking policy and pets unfortunately are not accepted.

Location description
Les Trois Chenes is situated in the village of Saint Colomb de Lauzun. A tradional style house with eco credentials and set in a six acre plum orchard. Ten minutes from Eymet, half an hour from Bergerac airport, one and half hours from Bordeaux and two hours from Toulouse. Car hire you can arrange for the car to be delivered to our home. We can then meet you at Bergerac airport making your arrival stress free and enjoying the beautiful countryside to our home. The area is renowned for its wine, traditional weekly markets and offers activities from walking, cycling (two bikes are free to use), canoeing, fishing golf, and horse riding. Tour around and see numerous chateaux, caves, bastide towns, the list is endless. We very much look forward to welcoming you to Les Trois Chenes and this wonderful region of France in the near future.

All cancellations or changes must be in writing, either by e-mail or registered post.
Due to the limited number of rooms at Les Trois Chenes a 30% deposite is required upon reservation. There will be no refund if cancelled 45 days or less before arrival.
Arrival time is after 16h and departure before 11h.
