A beautifully furnished 1 bed cottage with amazing views of open countryside, tranquil and private with all amenities within a 5 minute drive.
Property description
The cottage is situated within own land offering uninterupted views. Fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, juice maker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, water filter jug, all dishes etc needed, iron, storage a large table and chairs. Hob and oven use bottled gas, this is suppied The lounge has a large corner sofa which can be used as additional bed (all bedding stored within) a log burner, 2 small tables 2 lamps, an Armoire, study area books and games, a toilet and separate shower room - storage here. A radio/cd player.
The bedroom is a new addition, therefore cool on hot evenings, a brand new double bed, goose feather duvet and pillows, white bedding. blanket box, 2 besdside tables and lamps, dressing table and mirror and large wardrobe, storage boxes fot footwear. a hairdryer and straightners in drawer
Property is tiled throughout with rugs were needed,handmade curtains and soft furnishings with painted items by Annie Sloan.
First aid box, fire blanket are on site as well as candles and several torches, in case of emergency

Location description
The Cottage is 30 minutes rive from Bergerac Airport, approx 2 hours from Bordeaux and Toulouse, the nearest beach area is beautiful Arcachon with its Dune du Pyla approx 2 hours 20 mins
Montaut is a quiet hamlet with Villereal nearest town - 5 km in opposite direction Villneuve sur Lot a 30 min drive as is Bergerac town.
Villereal and Castilliones both have Tourist Info offices, weekly markets, a cinema offering many English films, an outdoor swimming pool. Loungratte, 15 mins away, have small swimming lake with boats for hire. Villereal has an Internet cafe open 6 days a week
